John Buck shake hands before signing and entering into a $3 million cost-sharing agreement at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers district office here Sept. 29. The agreement is for a cost-shared feasibility study to investigate potential Port deepening alternatives and will determine if there is an economically-justifiable alternative to deepen Seattle Harbor’s East and West Waterways.
