Libby Dam Volunteer Spotlight: Barbara Grant

Libby Dam Volunteer Barbara Grant explains the operating project's Congressionally authorized purposes and its responsibilities as part of the Columbia River Treaty. Grant explains to visitors how the dam works, escorts them on tours, points out scenic views, wildlife and answers questions visitors may have. She has volunteered with Libby Dam since July 2022.
