Jeff Regh, (center) an electrical engineer from Libby, Mont. deployed to Kandahar as a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Afghanistan Engineer District-South project engineer to build high-quality facilities for the burgeoning Afghan National Security Forces. Regh normally serves at the Seattle District’s Libby Dam and Lake Koocanusa in Montana.
