Lt. Col. Jason Wing, Warrior Transition Battallion commander, addresses the crowd of people who attended the Installation Management Command's ribbon cutting ceremony for the Soldier and Family Assistance Center and Open House for the Warrior Transistion Battalion Headquarters held Jan. 7 at Joint Base Lewis McChord. The building was a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, military construction project and was built by Doyon Government Group.
