Robert “Rob” Frazier, former district resource management chief, volunteered to sit in the dunking booth during the district's Corps Day festivities in June 2014. Frazier ran his own engineering and construction company for 14 years and was a contractor for the U.S. military before joining USACE. He officially retired from federal government service Dec. 16, 2021.
