Army Corps of Engineers repairing multiple Skagit River levees near Mount Vernon, Avon and Burlington
Damaged in a November 2021 flood, the scoured slope of the Skagit River DD 1 levee will be repaired by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District.
