Director of Army Safety and U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center Commanding General Brig. Gen. Jonathan Byrom visited the USACE-owned and operated Lake Washington Ship Canal and Hiram M. Chittenden Locks (Locks) Sept. 21, to present members of the debris recovery vessel, MV PUGET, with the Army Risk Management Award, for the commitment toward applying risk management practices, to ensure employee safety while executing tasks and serving the nation.
