Scraping Barnacles Gives Salmon A Fighting Chance
A Corps of Engineers employee scrapes barnacle buildup along the filling tunnels at Lake Washington Ship Canal and Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, Seattle, Dec. 12, 2023.
