Lock Closures at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks

The large lock chamber will close Dec. 22, 2025, at 6 a.m. to install a sump plug to isolate our pump plant. It will reopen Dec. 22, 2025, at 10 p.m.  Further information will be provided if the date and times of this closure change.
